Special Blue

All our torches and lighters go through a rigorous inspection by an independent French company in China. Once they pass this detailed inspection, all lighters and torches are sent to the US for similar testing by a certified, 3rd party inspection company in Minnesota. Only items that pass all criteria are approved, certified and then imported into the USA. ALL cigarette lighters that cost below $3.00 are also sent to Washington DC with detailed construction and operating blueprints in order to qualify for CPSC approval (consumer protection safety commission). Only lighters and torches that pass all 3 of the facilities tough but necessary safety and operating protocols are given the Special Blue Dragon stamp and are brought to market for consumers all over the world to use and enjoy with the peace of mind that this is the best quality product available.
