Sweet Grass
Consistent, effective, and delicious, from crop to cookie. History: It all started with Julie Berliner and a killer chocolate chip cookie recipe. The rest was pretty much history. In 2009, Julie began a small-batch bakery from her own kitchen that specialized in freshly baked, cannabis-infused edibles. A year later, unsure of how industry regulations would change, she started her commercial kitchen in a bright red race car trailer so that moving would be no thing. The result was Sweet Grass Kitchen, and today, they offer their high-quality marijuana confections to nearly 500 dispensaries throughout the state of Colorado. Process: Sweet Grass Kitchen began their in-house cultivation in 2013 to ensure their products are grown, tested and baked to the best standards. They grow a strain called Sueño, a sativa-dominant hybrid known for its uplifting and euphoric effect. Unlike many of the edibles companies out there, this is a no-trim marijuana business.
