Selected I wanted to pay with debit, no link to pay was ever sent to me. When the driver arrived he said he could resend the link only if he scans my drivers license. I setup my account with a passport. He said he couldn’t use that. Just wondering why I could setup my account with it if i am not able to use it. not everyone uses a drivers license as identification and Passports work everywhere else as valid ID, just a little frustrated with the process. I luckily had cash, but I normally don’t.

Delivery driver was awesome! Kolas time from accepting my order to actually getting it to me was another story! I had to wait 5.5 hours! Plus have to wait 2 more days to hear back from a sup at the kolas call center! What a joke kolas is! Straight trash! They think they can get away with stuff like this!
