Ordered 3 cartridges , 2 of them were fine , the 3rd that I opened up was broken and completely unusable. I guess since I opened the broken cartridge after their “3 day return policy” I cannot exchange it. The customer service rep suggested next time to open 1 each day to make sure all are working , but this makes no sense , why would I order 3 different cartridges and open them all at once before any of them are finished ? Not a good system at all.

Two of the 5 vape pens I bought do not hit/work at all. And another of the 5 was listed under all in 1 vape pens but is really just a cartridge, and as I don’t have a pen for it I can’t use it either.

I am beyond upset with the order you just dropped off. You sold me two aio that had nothing in them. One didn’t even have a sticker seal at the bottom it had absolutely nothing left not even like some dripped out in the packaging there was nothing in the damn vape when I opened it!!! This is completely unacceptable and if it was just 1 I would understand things happen. But the fact this just happened to me where a cart you sold me leaked in the packaging. You took care of that on my next order from you so I thank you for that but this ridiculous. You have now twice sold me carts that don’t have the safety sticker or seal and this isn’t the first time. Both times you sold me a cart or aio that didn’t come with a seal or sticker I have had issues. It can’t be a coincidence at this point and the fact that 2/3 are gone 1 is completely gone and the other has a tiny bit left that you can see. The gas og curepen 2.0 is the only that actually came as it should from WCC. I would like to speak directly to a manager about this as soon as one is in available tomorrow morning. This is completely unacceptable and the fact this has happened twice with your company and both times it’s ones that show up without seals seems like something’s going on and now to order 3 from you and have issues with two of them makes me very upset. I have pictures of everything and I am emailing them directly to your email. I look forward to hearing from a manager first thing in the morning.
