Delivery driver was extremely rude and aggressive about not getting a tip after being 20 minutes late.

The driver so was accommodating for my delivery- I was late and the customer service was so helpful to change the delivery time and make sure I had my dabs as soon as I got back into town! Thanks guys, this driver really went above and beyond, great communication!

Ordered BOGO gummies. Only recieved one package. Realized after speaking with customer service that i didn’t add the second one to my order. The gummy was also sold out after my order. The gentleman on the phone sounded way too stoned and honestly like he didn’t care for my situation. Told me it was my fault that there nothing he can do about it. I requested a manager and was told i would be calling me shortly. Haven’t received a call or a text. Ive never had many issues with KG. But when i did they were well taken care of in the past. Considering it’s a $20 pack of gummies. I don’t want to ruin anyone’s day over that. Just thought I’d share my experience lastnight. Products are both amazing. Just a poor experience last night.
