Fast delivery and great bud.

After feeling disappointed by prior dispensaries I found Kushagram and to say I’m happy to have find them isn’t enough. Not only is the bud Fire but it’s cheap!! I still can’t believe it. My personal go to is the 818 brand and the DELIGHTED brand 🔥 either will not disappoint, I will further explore the menu. I highly recommend either delivery or walk in. (Edited)

My delivery driver was awesome. Good communication and super helpful. I was missing a few items, but everything got taken care of quickly with his help and the support team. No issues at all with the mistake and they sent a delivery driver out with the rest of my order quickly. Thanks guys!

You guys aren’t pulling online orders and the strain o ordered was out. Order was never completed until I got there. It’s not right and unprofessional.

Waited over 1 hour for my order to be accepted. Called customer service at 9:08am. Stated driver would reach out. It’s not 9:25am and I still have not heard anything. I have to leave my house by 9:45am. I will need to cancel if this is not delivered before then. Thanks Update 4/16: Today I placed another order at 12:55PM. It is now 3:00PM and I am still waiting for my order and the driver to be dispatched. Not sure what has been the issue recently... used to get my orders in 30 mins or less (Edited)

- Driver arrived and the debit ($3.00 option) was honored since the driver did not have a scanner. and we had to figure out what to do with management on the line for 10 minutes - Upon finding cash to pay the driver for waiting for so long while management was trying to figure out how to help, I tipped and he drove away and upon examining the bag: order wasn't correct. Wrong product given with no other options available so I'd like to return the product and exchange it for the one I had originally asked for.

You guys used to be really good about scheduling deliveries. The last few times I scheduled a delivery the driver came hours past the scheduled time.

Cart was defective and and customer service was soso. If my cart stops working I coming and that would 3 times in one. Next time you people should engage the cart

The cart clogs up half way through.

The Bud tinder was really rude. I had to unlock my card. And I told him twice that I needed to go on my phone and he was like. You kept you on your phone. You can't be on your phone. I understand that, but like it's 2024 people bank with banks.
