The driver asked me 35 and I told him I’m using some of my credits and he ended up still charging me the same amount 35 even though I had used my 2 dollars and something cents of credit. I’m hoping this can be looked over and I can get that credit back since he didn’t apply the credits. It’s not even the wait time I’m trippin about it’s the fact that my credits were wasted without actually being applied.

I was on the phone at 7:27 PM September 13, 2025 Hannah, I believe her name was answered the phone and insinuated that I will not be receiving my missing cart because I gave her a heads up that a police officer is posted and the driver ran stop signs considering the driver was headed back to deliver me another cart I believe it was only right to let them know. She began arguing with me and being very belligerent insinuating that I said I was going to call the cops. She is not fit for customer service. She does not listen to what people are saying she is someone that responds on emotion. I do expect some sort of amicable resolution. I have requested that my tip be refunded due to the nature of the incident, I also am requesting that a supervisor reach out to me if possible regarding a resolution and or mediation due to the hostility of your worker, it is possibility she has given a fake name The call began at 7:27 PM and lasted approximately 10 minutes. I work in security so I am aware that you can pull back the cameras and see who was on the phone during that time if there will be no resolution I am willing to take it as far as Pursuing legal action for defamation of character regarding Hannah saying I was going to Have the driver ticketed which was a false Claim and I will also Go as far as emotional distress I showed no signs of hostility yet was accused of being hostile
