The guy with long hair was late almost 10 minutes in opening. When I called and asked what time the dispensary was going to open he said "I'll see you soon." I didn't like the way he said that so it annoyed me. If he had said it in a more endearing tone I think I would've taken it better but he was late. He shouldve opened the dispensary when it's supposed to be open not when he decides because he didn't set those predetermined hours for the dispensary. Be on time next time.
