  • How to Submit a Request
To exercise any of the rights described above, please submit a verifiable request by contacting us pursuant to our Contact Us section below. Please note, to help protect your privacy and maintain security, we will take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your personal information or complying with your request. Requests for access to or deletion of Personal Information are subject to our ability to reasonably verify your identity in light of the information requested and pursuant to relevant CCPA requirements, limitations, and regulations. For your protection, you must provide sufficient information to verify your identity in order for us to fulfill a request to access or delete personal information. Because Sweede collects limited information at registration, you must provide, and have access to, the phone number associated with your Sweede account in order to complete the verification step. If you cannot receive a verification code at the phone number associated with your Sweede account, you will need to update the phone number before submitting a request.
If you have an account with us, we verify your identity by requiring you to sign in to your account. If you do not have an account with us and you request access to or deletion of your personal information, there is no reasonable method by which we can verify your identity to the level of certainty required by the CCPA. The reason for this is that Sweede has not linked IP addresses, device identifiers, or other information collected by automated means to named actual persons. Accordingly, if you do not have an account with us, and you request access to or deletion of your personal information, we will not be able to process your request at this time.
In addition, if you ask us to provide you with specific pieces of personal information, we may require you to sign a declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the California resident whose personal information is the subject of the request. If you designate an authorized agent to make an access or deletion request on your behalf (a) we may require you to provide the authorized agent written permission to do so, and (b) for access, correction, limitation and deletion requests, we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
Our goal is to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing within the first 45 days period. Any disclosures we provide will cover only the 12-month period preceding the request’s receipt. If reasonably possible, we will provide your Personal Information in a format that is readily usable and should allow you to transmit the information without hindrance. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will provide you with a cost estimate and rationale (taking into account the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the action requested) before completing your request. We also reserve the right to deny excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded requests.
    Nevada Privacy Rights
Nevada Privacy Law permits customers in Nevada to opt out of the sale of certain kinds of personal information. As previously mentioned above, we do not sell your personal information to third parties. If you are a Nevada resident and have questions, please contact us via email, or write to us as provided below in our Contact Us Section.
Please note that these U.S. Applicable Law rights are not absolute and requests are subject to any applicable legal requirements, including legal and ethical reporting or document retention obligations.
